1. Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to Wen Lambo. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and the Wen Lambo project ("Wen Lambo", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the website at wen-lambo.com, the cabinet at app.wen-lambo.com, the "Wen Lambo" Telegram Mini App, our sticker NFTs, the $LAMBO community token, and any related content, features, or services (together, the "Service").

By accessing or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What Wen Lambo Is (and Isn't)

Wen Lambo is a playful memecoin ecosystem built for entertainment and community. It currently includes:

The Wen Lambo game — a free-to-play Telegram Mini App tap-game;
Lambo Stickers — collectible sticker NFTs on the TON blockchain;
$LAMBO — a community token used for fun, participation, and community features.

We describe ourselves as "a hamster in a whale suit" for a reason: this is a lighthearted community project. The Service, the tokens, and the NFTs are provided for entertainment and utility purposes only. Nothing offered through the Service is an investment, a security, a financial product, a fund, or a promise of profit, and none of it should be treated as such. You should not expect any return, appreciation, income, or financial benefit from using the Service or from holding $LAMBO or any NFT.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher);
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
Your use of the Service, of digital tokens, and of NFTs is not prohibited or restricted by any law, regulation, or rule that applies to you in your country or region;
You are not located in, a resident of, or acting on behalf of anyone in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and you are not a person or entity subject to any sanctions, restricted-party, or watchlist maintained by any government or international authority.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you live. If it isn't, you must not use the Service.

4. No Financial Advice

Everything on the Service is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes. It is not financial advice (NFA), not investment advice, not legal or tax advice, and not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset. We are not your broker, dealer, adviser, or fiduciary.

Always do your own research (DYOR) and, where appropriate, consult a qualified independent professional before making any decision involving digital assets. Any action you take based on the Service is at your own risk. Don't trust; verify. And yes — trust the hamster, but verify anyway.

5. Crypto Risk Disclaimer

Digital assets, including tokens and NFTs, involve significant risk. By using the Service you acknowledge and accept that:

Prices of digital assets are extremely volatile and can go to zero;
You may lose some or all of the value of anything you acquire, and you should never commit funds you cannot afford to lose entirely;
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible, and losses from user error, forgotten keys, phishing, or scams cannot be undone by us;
Smart contracts, wallets, and blockchain networks may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or points of failure;
Regulatory, tax, and legal treatment of digital assets varies by jurisdiction and may change, sometimes suddenly;
Access to the Service may be interrupted, delayed, or discontinued at any time.

6. Tokens and NFTs — No Guarantees

$LAMBO and the Lambo Sticker NFTs are community and collectible items. We make no promise or guarantee regarding their price, value, liquidity, tradability, availability of any market, future development, or continued existence. There is no guarantee that any secondary market will exist, that you will be able to buy or sell, or that any particular feature, integration, or benefit will be delivered or maintained.

Holding a token or NFT does not grant you any ownership interest, equity, revenue share, dividend, voting right in a company, or claim against Wen Lambo or any of its contributors. Any "utility" is limited to the entertainment and community features we choose to offer, and those features may change or be removed at any time.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service fairly and lawfully. You will not:

Break any applicable law, regulation, or sanctions requirement;
Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, or otherwise manipulate the game, rewards, or token/NFT mechanics;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts or wallets, or our systems;
Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service or its security;
Impersonate Wen Lambo, its team, or others, or create misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content;
Use the Service for money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or any other illegal activity;
Upload malware or infringe the rights of any third party.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or created risk for the community.

8. Intellectual Property

The Wen Lambo name, logo, hamster-in-a-whale-suit artwork, game content, website design, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to the Wen Lambo project and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content except as expressly permitted, or as applies to the specific rights conveyed with an NFT you lawfully hold. Ownership of an NFT relates to the on-chain token; it does not by itself transfer the underlying intellectual property rights unless we expressly say so.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service relies on and may link to third parties we do not own or control, including but not limited to the TON blockchain and its network, Telegram, crypto wallets, decentralized exchanges and market-data tools such as DexScreener, and partner tools like Lambolio and Lambdo. These are provided for convenience only.

We do not endorse, operate, or take responsibility for any third-party service, and we are not liable for their content, availability, security, fees, or actions. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and privacy policy, and is entirely at your own risk.

10. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wen Lambo and its contributors, team members, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, digital assets, or value, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us directly for access to the Service in the three months before the claim, or (b) USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may be signaled through the Service or our community channels. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Please review them periodically.

13. Governing Terms and General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Wen Lambo regarding the Service and supersede any prior understandings. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with the project's operation. These Terms are written in English, which is the controlling language.
